TERMS OF
SERVICE

These terms govern your use of Elite Gloss Mobile Detailing services. By booking or engaging our services — in person, by phone, or digitally — you agree to these terms in full. Read them. They're important.

01 Services & Scope

Elite Gloss Mobile Detailing ("Elite Gloss," "we," "us," or "our") provides mobile vehicle detailing services to clients ("you," "customer," or "client") in Flagler County, Florida. Our services include but are not limited to hand washing, interior detailing, paint decontamination, ceramic coating application, engine bay cleaning, and fleet detailing programs.

All services are performed at the customer's specified location or at a mutually agreed-upon site. Elite Gloss is a mobile-only operation — we do not operate a fixed detailing facility. We carry all equipment and water supply necessary to complete services without external hookups unless otherwise specified.

Services are performed by trained technicians using professional-grade, pH-balanced products. All chemical agents used are safe for painted surfaces, rubber, glass, and fabric when applied as directed. Clients with known surface sensitivities or aftermarket modifications should disclose this prior to booking.

02 Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be booked by phone, text, or through the Elite Gloss website. A booking is considered confirmed only when Elite Gloss has verbally or digitally confirmed the appointment with the customer.

  • Booking confirmations are sent via text or email. Clients are responsible for ensuring contact information is accurate at time of booking.
  • Arrival windows are typically given in 60-minute blocks. Traffic, weather, or prior service overruns may affect arrival time. We will notify you if we expect to be outside the window.
  • Gloss Club members receive priority scheduling over standard bookings. Enterprise fleet appointments are scheduled in pre-confirmed blocks.
  • Elite Gloss reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any customer at any time, with or without cause, subject to applicable law.
03 Pricing & Payment

All pricing is as listed on driveelite.net at the time of booking. Elite Gloss reserves the right to update pricing at any time; changes apply to new bookings only and will not retroactively affect confirmed appointments.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior arrangement (monthly contract, enterprise account) has been established in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Invoice-based billing is available for enterprise and fleet accounts.
  • A travel surcharge of $15 per vehicle applies to service locations outside Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, and Bunnell. This will always be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
  • Add-on services requested at the time of service are billed at the current listed rate and must be paid upon completion.

Returned, disputed, or charged-back payments will result in immediate suspension of service. Any outstanding balances not resolved within 14 days may be referred to a collections process. A $35 returned payment fee applies.

04 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. The following cancellation policy applies to all standard and enterprise bookings:

  • More than 24 hours notice: No charge. Appointment rescheduled at no cost.
  • 4–24 hours notice: No charge for first cancellation. Repeated cancellations within this window may result in a $25 inconvenience fee on future bookings.
  • Less than 4 hours notice or no-show: A $25 inconvenience fee applies. This covers travel and time already allocated to your appointment.
  • Enterprise/fleet cancellations: $25 per vehicle scheduled for runs of 5+ vehicles cancelled within 4 hours of start time.

Weather-related cancellations initiated by Elite Gloss carry no penalty and will be rescheduled at the earliest mutual availability. Customer-initiated cancellations due to weather are handled under standard policy above.

05 Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Elite Gloss photographs and documents all vehicles prior to beginning service. This documentation is shared with the customer and serves as the baseline for any damage claims.

  • Any pre-existing scratches, dents, chips, stains, rust, fading, or structural damage noted during pre-service inspection is logged and disclosed. Elite Gloss is not liable for conditions present before service began.
  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from the vehicle prior to service. Elite Gloss is not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
  • Heavily soiled or biohazard interiors (mold, bodily fluids, extreme animal soiling) may incur additional charges or service refusal at our discretion. This will be communicated before service begins.
  • Paint or clear coat in pre-existing poor condition (peeling, flaking, oxidized beyond correction) will be noted before service. Results on severely degraded surfaces cannot be guaranteed.
06 Liability Limitations

Elite Gloss carries general liability insurance and takes all reasonable precautions to perform services safely and professionally. However, the following limitations apply:

  • Elite Gloss's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, factory defects, or surface deterioration that was not visible or disclosed at the time of service.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by third parties, weather events, or incidents occurring after service completion.
  • Claims for service-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographs. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
  • Elite Gloss does not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes on vehicles with severely deteriorated, aftermarket, or non-factory paint systems.

In no event shall Elite Gloss be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

07 Gloss Club Membership

The Gloss Club is Elite Gloss's recurring membership program offering monthly detailing services at a fixed monthly rate. The following terms apply to all Gloss Club members:

  • Membership is billed monthly on the same date as signup. Billing recurs automatically until cancelled.
  • Members may cancel at any time with at least 5 days notice before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
  • Membership benefits and service inclusions correspond to the tier selected at signup. Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Unused monthly services do not roll over. Services not used within the billing period are forfeited without refund or credit.
  • Members receive priority scheduling and exclusive access to promotional pricing on add-on services.
  • Elite Gloss reserves the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with 30 days written notice to active members. Continued membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Membership may be paused once per calendar year for up to 60 days at the member's request. Paused accounts are not billed during the pause period.
08 Enterprise Fleet Program

The Enterprise Fleet Program governs B2B detailing services for businesses, dealerships, fleet operators, and organizations with multiple vehicles. The following terms supplement the general terms above:

  • Enterprise accounts are limited to a maximum of 20 vehicles per calendar month per account unless a separate written agreement is in place.
  • Enterprise pricing is per-vehicle, per-service, based on vehicle type and volume tier (1–4, 5–9, or 10–20 vehicles per run).
  • Fleet appointment blocks for 10+ vehicles may require service across multiple days. Scheduling is confirmed at time of booking.
  • Mixed-type fleets are billed per respective vehicle category. Billing breakdowns are provided with each invoice.
  • Net-30 payment terms may be offered to established enterprise accounts in good standing, subject to credit review. All other accounts pay upon completion.
  • Enterprise clients are responsible for having all vehicles accessible and ready at the confirmed time. Delays caused by vehicle unavailability may result in rescheduling and inconvenience fees.
  • The $15/vehicle travel surcharge for locations outside the standard service area applies equally to enterprise accounts and will always be disclosed before booking confirmation.
09 Discounts & Promotional Pricing

Elite Gloss offers verified discounts to military personnel, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS professionals. The following terms govern all discount programs:

  • The 15% military and first responder discount applies to standard service pricing and enterprise base rates.
  • Discount eligibility must be verified at time of booking — either by phone or in person at time of service. Accepted documentation: valid military ID, DD-214, badge and department ID, or active reserve orders.
  • Discounts cannot be stacked. When multiple discounts apply, the best single applicable rate is used.
  • Promotional codes and limited-time offers are subject to expiration dates and specific terms stated at time of issuance. Elite Gloss is not responsible for expired or misapplied promotional codes.
  • Discounts apply to the base service rate only and do not apply to travel surcharges, add-on services, or fees.
10 Service Area

Elite Gloss's standard service area includes Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, and Bunnell, Florida. Services outside this area are subject to the following:

  • A $15 per-vehicle travel surcharge applies to all service locations outside the standard area. This is always disclosed and confirmed before booking.
  • Elite Gloss reserves the right to decline service requests in locations deemed outside reasonable operating range at our sole discretion.
  • Service availability in extended areas is subject to scheduling capacity and may have longer lead times than the standard service area.
11 Weather & Safety

Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. Elite Gloss operates at its technicians' discretion in adverse conditions and prioritizes both service quality and crew safety.

  • Services may be rescheduled at no charge to the customer if weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat advisory) make safe and effective service impossible.
  • Interior-only services may proceed in light rain at the technician's discretion.
  • Elite Gloss will make every effort to notify customers of weather-related rescheduling as early as possible — typically the morning of the appointment.
  • Florida hurricane season (June–November) may affect scheduling in the weeks surrounding named storm events. Prepaid services are credited, not forfeited, in storm-related cancellations.
12 Customer Conduct

Elite Gloss technicians are professionals. We expect all customers to treat our staff with respect. The following conduct policy applies to all service interactions:

  • Verbal abuse, harassment, threats, or discriminatory conduct toward Elite Gloss staff will result in immediate termination of service. No refund will be issued for work already completed.
  • Customers must ensure the service location is safe, accessible, and free of known hazards. Elite Gloss may refuse service if conditions pose a risk to technician safety.
  • Customers are not required to be present during service but must make the vehicle accessible at the confirmed time. Instructions for key access, gate codes, or other entry requirements must be communicated at booking.
  • False damage claims made in bad faith — including claims for pre-documented damage — may result in account termination and, where applicable, referral to appropriate legal processes.
13 Photography & Media

Elite Gloss photographs vehicles before and after every service for quality assurance and damage documentation purposes. The following terms govern how this media is used:

  • Pre- and post-service photographs are shared with the customer for their records. These images may also be retained by Elite Gloss for internal documentation.
  • Elite Gloss may use before/after photographs and service videos for marketing purposes, including social media, website content, and promotional materials.
  • Identifying information (license plates, addresses, personal belongings) is redacted or excluded from any media published publicly.
  • Customers who prefer their vehicle not be used in any marketing content may opt out by notifying Elite Gloss in writing at time of booking. Opt-out requests are honored on all future services and applied retroactively where feasible.
14 Dispute Resolution

Elite Gloss is committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. If you have a concern about a service:

  • Step 1 — Direct contact: Call or text 386-346-0849 within 24 hours of the service in question. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
  • Step 2 — Written dispute: If the matter is not resolved by phone, submit a written description with photographic evidence to our email on file. We will respond within 3 business days.
  • Step 3 — Mediation: If direct resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in Flagler County, Florida.

Initiating a credit card chargeback without first attempting direct resolution is a breach of this agreement. Elite Gloss reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with documentation and to pursue recovery of chargeback fees.

15 Changes to These Terms

Elite Gloss reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to driveelite.net with an updated effective date.

  • Continued use of Elite Gloss services after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • For material changes affecting Gloss Club members or active enterprise accounts, Elite Gloss will provide at least 30 days advance notice via the contact information on file.
  • The current version of these terms is always available at driveelite.net/terms.
